We had the privilege to make a very special birthday cake for Mr. Mark Beretta, the sports presenter for Sunrise on The Seven Network.

Happy Birthday Beretta!

It was a lot of fun. We paid tribute to his stellar water skiing career with a little skiing Beretta, boat and Sunrise logo.

The sponge was chocolate mud.
